Hospo 2030 (“we”) is a Sydney hospitality modernisation studio. This page explains how we handle information submitted through https://bondi-2030.vercel.app and during subsequent conversations.

What we collect

The enquiry form asks for your name, venue or group, email or phone, a description of repetitive work, and optionally venue count and systems. That information is used to respond to you and to understand whether we can help.

What we do not do

We do not sell enquiry data. We do not use it to train public models. We do not ask for more system access than a workflow requires. Client-owned accounts are preferred. Credentials are not retained longer than needed. Sensitive actions stay behind human approval.

During an engagement

If we connect to POS, reservations, rostering, accounting, email or other tools, access is documented, limited, and separated per client. Operational data is commercially sensitive; we treat it that way. Third-party platforms remain subject to their own terms.
