Hospitality
shouldn’t run
like it’s 2010.
We help Sydney restaurants, cafés, bars and hospitality groups automate repetitive operational work across the systems they already use.

The guest side modernised. The office often didn’t.
The contradiction
Your venue has modern software. Your workflows probably aren’t.

Most venues don’t need another piece of software. They need the systems they already have to work better together.

Manager’s rough notes
“Busy 7–8.30. Two mains delayed, guests updated. Pinot running low — check stock before tomorrow. Terrace closed due to rain.”
02 / The preparation
Gather agreed inputs, calculate your metrics and prepare a draft. Missing information is flagged. Sources, definitions and delivery are agreed with your venue.

Draft · review requiredDinner — service summary
60 covers · $4,800 sales · $80 spend per head.
The busiest period was 7–8.30pm. Two mains were delayed and guests were kept updated. The terrace remained closed due to rain.
For tomorrow: check Pinot stock before service.
Manager to confirm: outcome of the delayed mains and whether a Pinot order is needed.
Independent restaurant service summary displayed.
Two possible formats, not fixed templates. Your manager adds context and approves the draft before it is shared.
Tell us how you report →The work that shouldn’t be manual
Less chasing. Less copying. More time for service.
Philosophy
Automate the boring stuff. Keep hospitality human.
Give your team more time for guests, service and the decisions that need their judgement. We focus on the repetitive work around them: copying numbers, chasing replies, preparing reports and moving information between systems.
Guest messages are drafted for review by default. Routine messages can send automatically only under rules approved by your venue. Complaints, booking commitments, allergy advice and financial decisions always need human approval.
The 2030 Audit
Find the work worth automating.
Show us the POS, the book, rostering, accounting, email, functions, reporting and guest comms. We look at the task, how often it happens, who does it, which systems it touches, and whether automation is even the right move.
01 / Understand
See how the work actually happens in the venue — the people, the systems, and the steps between them.
02 / Start
Pick one useful workflow: repetitive, structured enough, and costing real time or missed follow-up.
03 / Test
Connect the systems already in use and try a manageable version with the people who do the work.
04 / Review
Watch it in a real week, keep a person on anything that can hurt, and adjust the edges.
Keep
Work that needs a person — service, judgement, guests.
Improve
Process problems that don’t need new software.
Automate
Repetitive workflows with a real weekly cost.

Founded by a hospitality operator
Started inside Sydney venues.
Valentin / Founder, Hospo 2030
Hospo 2030 grew out of busy Sydney services: shifting priorities, and the administrative work that continues after the guests leave. Reports still need assembling. Function enquiries still need following up. Information still needs moving between systems.
We start by understanding how that work happens in your venue, then look for practical ways to reduce it — using the systems you already have.
Systems we can work around
The systems you already pay for.
We work around the tools already in the venue. Formal integrations are not assumed. If there is an API, a webhook, an export or even just an inbox, there is usually a way through. What’s possible depends on your systems and how your venue works.
